How much does a website and/or hosting cost?
We offer competitive pricing for our website hosting and design services (see above). We like simple, easy to understand pricing. Therefore, we have two plans; monthly and yearly. Choose the one that works best for your organization, and we’ll do the rest. We may offer discount pricing to non-profits and certain organizations on a case by case basis.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by all major credit cards, checks and PayPal. Invoices are sent electronically, with 30 day terms.
What is your update and support policy?
We offer unlimited email based support and 24/7 active monitoring of your website. Our online help desk and support team will help resolve issues and complete updates to your site quickly and efficiently. For organizations that prefer to update their own site, our admin panel offers an easy to use graphical interface.
How long will it take to get a site live?
A website typically takes 2-6 weeks to complete, depending on your needs and responsiveness to requests for the photos and information we need. In some cases, we’ve been able to deploy sites in less than a week when our clients have been able to quickly provide all the information for a site.
